Topeka, KS

Born in Manhattan and raised around Topeka and Lawrence, Joshuah moved frequently as part of an Army family, and later studied architecture at Rice University, worked in New York City and Germany. He later attended MIT, where his thesis, Fooling Ourselves, examined digital isolation and the search for shared vision in a screen-saturated world.

His practice folds the virtual into physical space without headsets or escape, using screens as a sculptural medium: cutting, bending, stacking, and shattering them so digital content emerges directly into reality.
