Host a casual networking event in Splice Bros, gather your people in the customizable event space, The Void, for a holiday party or reception, take over the big screen in Auditorium 9 for presentations, or reserve the entire venue for an unforgettable experience. What does a corporate event at Atlas9 look like? 

While each event is entirely customizable, here is a schedule of what a big corporate event at Atlas9 might look like: 

• Check in at the Atlas9 box office 

• Grab coffee and network at concessions

• Gather in Auditorium 9 for a company meeting or keynote presentation using the HoloMax projection system 

• Enjoy lunch and a reception in The Void with a live performance by Quixotic

• Break out into smaller groups for workshops in the conference room

• Reconvene in Auditorium 9 for orientation before opening the Atlas9 experience 

• Explore the world of Atlas9 at your own pace, complete with hidden discoveries, eye-catching art, and live Quixotic performances

Smaller events can be just as memorable. A team of 20-40 guests might meet in one of our conference rooms, enjoy lunch at Splice Bros, and then spend the afternoon exploring Atlas9 and problem solving together. No matter the size of your event, the goal is the same: your guests don’t just come for the meeting, they come in for the meeting and the experience.

What event spaces are available? 

You can curate your event around these different spaces, using one space or all of them to make the experience uniquely yours. 

• Splice Bros Pizza: Perfect for casual networking events, birthday parties, team outings, and social celebrations, Splice Bros combines a retro pizza parlor atmosphere with dive-bar energy. Inspired by classic late-night hangouts, this space can accommodate up to 100 guests.

• The Void: Atlas9's largest dedicated event space, The Void is a blank canvas designed for possibility. With flexible layouts, built-in presentation capabilities, and room to transform, it's ideal for corporate meetings, receptions, fundraisers, and private celebrations with up to 250 guests.

• Conference Rooms: Sometimes you need a little structure in between all the weird. Our conference rooms offer a conventional meeting space for presentations, workshops, and team discussions before heading back out to explore Atlas9.

• Auditorium 9: There's no presentation space quite like Auditorium 9. Featuring tiered seating, a built-in stage, immersive visuals, and the HoloMax projection system, it's the perfect venue for keynote speakers, company meetings, product launches, and milestone celebrations. Auditorium 9 can accommodate up to 280 guests.

• The Speakerasy: Hidden inside Atlas9, The Speakereasy offers an intimate lounge atmosphere perfect for cocktail receptions, VIP experiences, birthday celebrations, and smaller private gatherings. This unique space can host up to 20 guests.

• Atlas9 Experience Takeover: Guests can explore the immersive Atlas9 experience as part of their event, discovering hidden environments, interactive storytelling, and live performances throughout the venue. For those looking for a fully private experience, a full venue buyout is also available, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and transforming your event into something truly unforgettable.

What food and beverage options are available?

Atlas9 offers a variety of food and beverage options to match your event needs. Guests can enjoy in-house catering from Splice Bros Pizza, featuring pizzas, appetizers, and salads, or choose from an elevated catering menu from our partners at Homefield. Homefield catering can provide breakfast spreads, buffet-style lunches, and plated dinners. 

For beverage service, it is also just as flexible. There are three on-site bars at Atlas9 that can accommodate events through hosted tabs, drink tickets, or satellite bars for event spaces.
